Just wanted to let you know what an invaluable product you've made. I don't know what I would do without it. Last November I caught a 56 year old man who was getting way too personal with my 15 year old stepdaughter. He was the dad of a friend of hers, he was married and decided that my child was his next conquest. Thanks to you, I was able to nip it in the butt before anything happened. I was also able to email his wife copies of the key logs and let them know I would be calling the police if there was any future contact between them. In addition, I was able to help out my son, who was seeing a girl that was cheating on him constantly. Even my own boyfriend was caught having cyber-sex and planning booty calls with multiple "friends" of his. I would have never caught any of this without Desktop Shark. Our 14 yr old son received a laptop for Christmas. Through early 2010 he was very private in the way he used his laptop. We didn't think it was all homework he was doing. We knew he had a Facebook account which we, his parents, have access to. Well, I'm an IT guy, so I thought I'd look around when he wasn't around to check his favorites, history, cache, etc... when he needed me to check some issues on his laptop and I found nothing. We were still suspicious. I Googled for a keystroke capture program and found DesktopShark. I installed it and tested it on on of our PCs and it worked fine. I put it on his laptop and WOW did I find what we'd suspected. Both the logs and images captured revealed he was going to adult sites and using foul language while online. The real smoking gun, was one image where it showed him clearing his history in an image!! To make it easier while on our home network, I shared out his c:\DS folder so I could connect at any time on our home network, provided his machine was turned on. We've confronted him, shown him what we saw and the problem seemingly is resolved. "
