Desktop Shark Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please review this policy carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Desktop Shark Store. Your purchase of a product(s) at the Desktop Shark Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so understand them before you place a order.

They set your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. 

Only under special circumstances will refunds be issued. If you are interested in requesting a refund please contact us by emailing support@desktopshark.com and request a refund by providing detailed information regarding why you feel you should be given a refund along with information that will help us locate your purchase.

Please allow up to 7 days for the refund process to either be approved or denied. Once an a approval is granted it may take another couple days before the refund is processed and reflected on your credit card statement.

Before requesting a refund please work with our support team to try and resolve any problems you might be experiencing.

We've tested our keylogger on several Windows© operating systems and have verified that the software works.
