Furthermore, due to the inability for Desktop Shark to control the nature of content uploaded by its users, you agree to not allow or participate in allowing anyone under the age of 18 to view or access the website in any way.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO INSTALL monitoring software on computer's that you DO NOT OWN and we cannot be held responsible for malicious users. We will openly comply with law enforcement officials to provide any information necessary to convict such users should this happen.
